These suggestions are supported by the results of the study on how satisfied customers are with the atmosphere of coffee shops.

Spacing

Maintaining this design should be a top priority for coffee shop management since it's important to provide adequate space between seating areas for customers to have a pleasant experience.

Lighting

Coffee shop owners must continue emphasizing creating a welcoming, well-lit space because it has a big impact on the overall atmosphere and mood and enhances the experience and satisfaction of their customers.

Sounds

Without changing the coffee shop's theme, we may encourage the coffee shop owner to play music that positively affects customers.

Exterior Design

The researchers recommend that a well-designed, welcoming, and attractive exterior will probably increase visitors and improve the coffee shop's reputation with customers.

Interior Design

Coffee shop owners should continue to focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by paying particular attention to details in the layout, furniture, and décor.

Lastly, the study shows that there is a significant positive relationship between all factors of ambiance and customer satisfaction, proving that ambiance has a direct impact on the customer experience and that enhancing these factors can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Our study reveals that the ambiance of coffee shops plays a pivotal role in shaping customer satisfaction. Key findings highlight that younger patron, especially women, are particularly drawn to spaces that prioritize comfort, thoughtful lighting, and inviting designs.

By focusing on optimal spacing, harmonious sounds, and stunning interior and exterior aesthetics, coffee shop owners can create environments that not only attract customers but also foster loyalty. The evidence suggests that a well-crafted ambiance can significantly enhance the overall experience, leading to happier customers who are eager to return and recommend their favorite spots.
